You are welcome to register as our Member even if you do not make any purchase, or when you place an order for the first time. Once registered, your customer information will be stored in our system. Next time, you will be able to log-in by just entering your member ID and password to shop conveniently.

Gold Member
Members who purchased over US$170 (or HK$1,300) within 6 months are Gold Members. Gold Members can enjoy 10% discount on all merchandise for one year, except for sale items, limited editions or otherwise stated. Discount is not applicable on shipping charges.

Diamond Member
Members who purchased over US$320 (or HK$2,500) within 6 months are Diamond Members. Diamond Members can enjoy 20% discount on all merchandise for one year, except for sale items, limited editions or otherwise stated. Discount is not applicable on shipping charges.

ORDERING PROCEDURES //

When you found the merchandise you would like to purchase, please check the size and click "ADD TO CART". Your "SHOPPING CART" will show the number of items you have selected. You can continue shopping until you want to check out. You can change the quantity or remove items from the "SHOPPING CART".

To ensure a fair shopping experience, Items in your shopping cart will be deleted if your web browser is shut down.Thank you for your kind understanding.

To calculate your total and proceed to checkout, click "CHECKOUT"

If you have already registered, simply enter your e-mail address and password, you need not to re-enter your delivery address and other details, our system will automatically generate your information.
After confirming the contents of your order and clicking "PROCEED TO BILLING INFORMATION", please enter your credit card information and press "PROCEED TO PLACE YOUR ORDER", your order will be completed by pressing " PAY NOW".

For first-time shoppers, after entering your mailing address and clicking "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT", you will need to enter your delivery address and other information.
After confirming the contents of your order and clicking "PROCEED TO BILLING INFORMATION", please enter your credit card information and press "PROCEED TO PLACE YOUR ORDER", your order will be completed by pressing " PAY NOW".

ORDER CONFIRMATION //

A few minutes after you have made your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing your order number.

If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail please inquirebefore reordering.
Once you have made your order it can not be changed or cancelled, so please check the design, size, and other things carefully before submitting your order.

*All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

ABOUT DELIVERY //

Goods will be sent by the Hong Kong Post Office via Standard Mail service to local addresses and via Standard Air Mail service to Zone 1 and Zone 2 addresses as listed below. It takes around one to two weeks for delivery depending on region. For shipping charges, please see the following table.

If your package is undeliverable due to (1) there are errors in the customer supplied delivery address, and/or (2) the package is not accepted within the delivery period and is returned, we are not able to resend the package.

*About Registered Mail:
For all purchases, you may choose whether or not to use the Registered Mail service. The charge for Registered Local Standard Mail to all local destinations is HK$13, while the charge for Registered Standard Air Mail is US$3 to all destinations within Zone 1 and Zone 2. For purchases of 6pcs or over, the fee for Registered Mail will be waived.

For purchases of 6pcs or over,
1) free local (Hong Kong) delivery by Standard Mail is offered.
2) free international delivery by Standard Air Mail to Zone 1 and Zone 2 (as listed below) is offered.

We are not able to ship to countries not included in the list below. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

CONSUMPTION TAXES AND DUTIES //

Duties, depending on the purchase amount of the goods, may be applicable for overseas orders. These duties are collected by customs authorities at the destination country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note payment is required even in the event that delivery is rejected by the customer.

RETURN POLICY //

It is not possible to exchange items if you have ordered the wrong size. Before ordering, please check carefully the size and design of each item. If the items you received are defective or differ from your order, we will refund your payment or send you a replacement item.
